The Moved Academy Immersion Week is a six-day deep dive into the art and science of coaching. Designed for fitness professionals, personal trainers, and gym owners, this experience offers 42 hours of hands-on training and mentorship under Richard Aceves, founder of Moved Academy.
This week is for those who know there’s more to coaching than sets and reps. It’s for those who want to connect the dots between movement, breath, mindset, and stimulus while learning how to meet clients where they are—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Through immersive learning, you’ll refine your coaching voice, gain a clear understanding of your coaching identity, and acquire the tools to create life-changing experiences for your clients.
What You’ll Learn:
Torque Chains: How to harness tension over position to improve movement, performance, and pain resolution.
Movement Principles: Teach and apply movement that integrates the body as a unit, blending cognitive thinking, physiology, and breath.
